WFA Midlands 65+ League

A mixed start for our 65+ Strollers at the first match day of the new 65+ league.

A typical slow Stamford start saw them lose 0-2 to Oakham in a fairly lacklustre performance.

However they decided to wake up in their second game and played some nice passing football to come back from one down to beat Boston 2-1. The goals coming from Ian Cooke and Peter Crane and helped to victory by some fine goalkeeping from Trevor Oliver.
